If you are pregnant and are taking or have taken Palynziq^® for your PKU at any time during your pregnancy (and/or within 2 weeks prior to the date of your last menstrual period) please consider enrolling in the PALomino study.

There are no special visits to a study clinic and no other medications to take. You will simply continue the medical care and treatments you currently receive from your doctor(s). With your consent, your healthcare provider(s) and your baby’s healthcare provider(s) will be contacted to obtain information about you, your pregnancy and your baby through their first year of life. In addition, information about your experience with Palynziq^® and potential side effects will be collected.
